as usual, everything you say makes sense. Just focusing on the JV deal for a sec...I thought I remember hearing somewhere that some people were taken on a tour of the site. If that it not accurate, maybe some potential investors did already visit the claims and we just did not hear about it. I concede that maybe I am reading something into this latest NR because I dread having to think that we have to go through months of site visits and then more talks. Playing devil's advocate here but would you think it is possible that after this fairly upbeat NR, if we find out later that LBSR is not close to some type of deal, we would get hit with a one-two punch of more dilution AND even some long-time shareholders becoming disenchanted and selling?
