KMR - "From what I read I believe a deal has been hashed out already and just needs some fine tuning and signatures."
VP - That may be the case, and while I hope we hear so soon upon JB's return, it could take a while longer before an agreement in principle is announced. At a minium, I suspect we may firstly hear something to the effect of "discussions have been promising, and will continue in the near term, while LBSR hosts site visits to Tombstone and other areas."
KMR - "Again, I seem to remember months ago that LBSR applied for some permits and had done the archelogical study already. I think with the first ZTEM study they found other claim possibilities and had to extend the archelogical study to those sites as well and then apply for those permits. With the updated ZTEM, it may have to be done again on new drill sites?"
VP - I think you are partly correct as to archeological work. Preliminary work was done over many claims, but more detailed work then remained to be done at drill site locations, as I recall. I think there were also some new areas that required preliminary studies, but I don't recall if those contracts have been awarded. That may be getting ahead of our needs for the present, however, as Hay Mountain needs attention first.
