Depends on how it goes the next week or so with Briscoe in Saudi Arabia. From what I read I believe a deal has been hashed out already and just needs some fine tuning and signatures. The report on him going to the meeting was just too detailed to not suggest something is in the works IMO. My money is also on LBSR to drill first. Again, I seem to remember months ago that LBSR applied for some permits and had done the archelogical study already. I think with the first ZTEM study they found other claim possibilities and had to extend the archelogical study to those sites as well and then apply for those permits. With the updated ZTEM, it may have to be done again on new drill sites?
