I agree, there is too many odd occurrances with this stock. I have read the civil case and it doesn't deal with any of them. So I am left with a lot of head scratching questions.

Unless they purged their shares, there are two very large SHs and you would expect some action from them, but no word. So they may already have their hands in the reorg plan or waiting for the result of the Platinum civil suit.

But if Platinum wins and there is still a few million left in the insurance, I am sure another creditor or SH will try as well.
