I'm surprised shareholders haven't taken some action, nothing here has made sense to me-Platinum had know what the deal was with fg before funding them, and why would NW want to buy into the co. if it was so bad? and then CFIUS blocking the deal inexplicably over trumped up "National Security" concerns?

This is so bizzarre and baroque that it can't be a normal P&D or am I reading too much into this?
