Two options: 1) hope for a reorg and then hope that SHs are included. Though SHs are usually not. Unsure if the NOL laws will help protect us since the creditors become owners. If SHs are included it will be pennies on the dollar.

2) Law suit. I don't know much about this or how to start one, but we now know that FG has a multimillion dollar insurance policy for being sued. Of course Platinum hopes to get every penny of it. But if they leave some, the SHs could sue as well.
