You make up any scenario and it will come out to a negative for edig.
The suit couldn't be for much money as digecor has only (we may think) infringed on a few m illion in total revenue. They haven't sold that many IFE units to amount to anything of magn itude.
How much would it cost to have DM proceed with a suit, your guess, 200k, 500k, etc.
don't forget they get 40% of any income from a settlement plus their expense after the suit is completed. No matter what assumptions you make, we would come out in the hole.
