Always appreciate your thought on the legal issues, lately the digecor discussion.

The other board is enamored over the suggestion that Samsung may propose an edig buy out. Also an infringement lawsuit against digecor which would probably cost us 10-20 times our settlement amount , if we won, and it escapes me as to why we would entertain this path at all.

My hope is that we move the Samsung suit along to the Markman proceedings, we desparately need to establish a greater probability of our patent validation, thus providing us with the upper hand in future lawsuits.
