HPMUM....HewlettPackard Mom...cute if so.  HP was a customer of mine up the street from EDIG's 1st Rancho Bernardo office when they moved out of Poway, ditto 2nd and 3rd RB office, with 2 and 3 same bldg.

I doubt the guy will answer any questions at this point, so we probably won't know anything until it's filed.

Another thought....there was about 293 million O/S, 350 million A/S, so the company has about 57 million shares that could be used to pay debt, raise cash....i mean, at 4 cents that's 2.28 million bucks.

So they decided to hang it up vs sell more shares and prolong the bleeding....
