I vaguely recall some clauses in the contract, I'll take a stab and see if it sounds familar....corrections please.

1. In the event edig is acquired, DM receives 15% to broker the transaction.

2. In the event edig goes out of business, DM receives the assets, in particular the flash r patents.

So, did Tony Handal have any clauses?
