And my point is, the patents were left out of the filing,  because....imo, someone else has them.

Handal was getting 30k per month, then 22.5k, both of which creditable upon settlements.  I don't recall an asset clause, but if someone can find the original agreement when Tony took us on, we can confirm either way.
