Thanks everyone for the info--so our initial filing was rejected on a technicality, we modified it and re submitted and it was accepted, the defendant filed their response, and just now we answered their response. Is it now in the court's hands for a decision? Will the respective attorneys have a chance in front of the judge in a court or is it all based on the written filings? Any idea when we could hear something?--60 days, 90 days?
