Gimbal Fee Schedule

If not otherwise defined herein, capitalized terms shall have the meaning provided in the Gimbal Developer Agreement (located at https://manager.gimbal.com/sdk-license) or if not defined in the Gimbal Developer Agreement, the common understanding of such terms.

A. Service Fees.*

Copyright licenses to the Software are provided free of charge. The following Service Fees are for the Production Rights. Tier-based pricing applies on a per Active User per Application basis. An “Active User” is any user whose use of an Application makes a call to the Solution servers during the applicable calendar month. If a user has more than one Application, each Application downloaded by the user generating a call to the Solution servers during the applicable calendar month will create a separate Active User.

0 – 9,999 Waived

10,000 – 124,999 $0.06 per Active User

125,000 – 999,999 $0.05 per Active User

1,000,000 and up $0.04 per Active User

B. Device Fees.*

Subject to available stock on hand and the terms and conditions set forth in the Device Supply Agreement (located at https://manager.gimbal.com/beacon-supply-agreement). The cost to purchase each Beacon is:

i. Series 10

“Series 10 Beacon” means a portable small form factor Bluetooth low energy transmission device which utilizes a coin cell battery.

3 Beacon package Developer special (available until 12/31/2013) $15 plus shipping and handling

ii. Series 20

“Series 20 Beacon” means a Beacon which is a Bluetooth low energy transmission device intended to be attached (and not portable) which utilizes 4 AA batteries.
