Thanks BLR. I agree and I don't mean to be litigious.

One area is a bit fuzzy. Some how Patent 108 got caught up by our trial judge in the Collateral Estoppel even though no mention of 108 by the Colorado judge came in her finding. We understand that there's more than 1 batch of cases and that the cases were brought on different Patents. Here is what I'm trying to find out.

Why does Dolphins 1, and probably others, think that since AAPL settled quickly it is self- evident that the AAPL settlement is good news. I think the reason is obsfucated and not self-evident; if it were, our share price would be much higher.

I'd like some good reasons, logical thinking, evidence, behind the joyful stance. I want to dance, too.
