Nick,
What products has EDIG sold in it's long history?

Were they successful with regards to being profitable from these products?
No...we all know that.
What else has the company "sold?"
We have to date if my count is correct, 26 settlements/license agreements, not counting all the Pacer info for Q3 and the statements made on the Q2 report that refers to it without an updated count. From PR's Q2 had 2 settlements.
1 license of the 26, I think #14 but don't quote me, was SOLD without litigation and the company was not named.
A settlement consists of monies due for past use of our IP (product) without permission, and additional money to legally have the Flash-R license for future use until the patents expire. I call that selling something.
Now per the Q2 filing, Handal's role has been expanded beyond Flash-R litigation to include writing up licensing agreements for NUNCHI and microSignet. Why the hell would Fred add upfront expenses beyond the 30K/mo for IP litigation if SELLING this new IP was not on the table as we speak?
Comparing little old EDIG to the DOW 30 can also be said to be "ignorant" to use your language, yet not directed at YOU.
Are we there yet? No. Is the market reacting and scooping up the stock? No. Is the PPS moving up? No.
Here's my question....what will you have to say if this all changes one day and we are rewarded beyond expectations?
Your thoughts?
