If your interested in licensening apple than what you'll get is squat. They got plenty from their theft just how honest will they be with a liscense. That will just open the door to door to aggida. You need to sue the pants off of them in order to make sure that NDA's mean some thing and theft does not pay in the end. These bastards made billions and now you want some kind of liscence to make them honest? That won't work with theives. We are not the only ones that they stole from. But what they did to us hurt us beyond what has been discussed here. Just think if they would have given edig a liscence from the beginning and Edig recieved royalties from it how that would have helped with edig's reputation will all other products that are now part of the edig holdings. What scares the hell out of companies from doing business with any body is the fact that they will sue. Lawyers are the only ones that make money and companies shy away from that even those though you might have just cause. Thats why the game has to played out with Apple and others.
