My interpretation of the Q2 statement you've highlighted is that although Handal and Associates were first retained to represent EDIG's FLASH infringement litigation they are now also drafting ( after "serious" licensing discussions") the potential partner's Nunchi and microSignet Licensing Agreements.

It would seem that new IP licensing negotiations and discussions have advanced considerably or why in the world would you make this public statement?
