Here is the answer....

At the SHM I asked if IPmetrics was using the services of Handal & Assoc.

The answer was no...that has changed per today's filing.

In a nutshell, they are protecting these new patents with IPmetrics remaining as the marketing arm for NUNCHI but not microSignet at this time.

Pro active legal strategy as in, don't even think about stealing it.
