I did not read the Q as Handal is HANDLING the sales/marketing function just that they are involved. The logical conclusion is that they are handling the legal portion of the licensing activities. I doubt that Tony is knocking on any doors or doing any cold calling. Clearly, IPMetrics is still the lead valuation and sales entity for Nunchi. Since the Micro Signet patent is so new, it is less clear how that is being worked on.
