Ricardo, your point is well taken but the circumstances on the ground were against it. Specifically, DM had a major conflict of interest in that, given the legal arrangement with Edig, and in view of the fact that they wanted to maximize their revenues up front, they argued for as a large a payment, at the point of negotiations, as possible regardless whether that was in the interests of their client or not. I am sure, they never considered any compesation in line with your thoughts because their share of revenues would be paid over time. On the other hand, we do not know what the management of Edig wanted at that time either;' but we do know how hungry for cash edig has always been.
