If I had taped the conversations, it was beyond belief how incompetent these people were. They don't have attention skills 1st of all, won't let me finish a complete sentance, constantly interupting me, then when I said, "excuse me, let me ask again but please listen to the entire question before responding" after 3 attempts got this guy to listen then he said, "why do you need this information?" LOL...I want to read the prosecution history of the patent...he says, the what? You know, under image file wrapper on your website...ahhhh, I am not familar with that.

Totally ridiculous and an hour wasted.
