To try and clarify best I can....
The retailers are not being sued directly, they are being added to the OEM's suit.
By not being made public, I mean Handal nor EDIG will state who is attached to the individual OEM's, but with enough digging into the court filings and PACER info, one could figure it out I guess...
The significance as to who is piggy backed to the OEM is not something I care to spend the time on...ya'll go ahead...lol.
