Are you counting cases(OEM's).... or defendants collectively?

A retailer can be counted as a defendant multiple times...if served in multiple cases.

I don't think these issues can be secret with regard to retailers....As a defendant in a case they have to be named. Unless they are working with them through some form of private negotiation....??
