Correct and at this point there is no secrecy...each PR tells us "we will respond" and they give us the control number, directing us to the PTO site.

In other words, look it up yourself. When it hits their office you'll see our response, when they (hopefully) issue the NIRC and the reexam is shown terminated you will see it, then we will put out a PR saying it's a win re: 737.
