stands, and now has an approved USPTO interpretation.

The word "supplying" now has a meaning that defendants can not form constructions around.

This seems the main issue of DM's challenge in arguing for e.Digital....being the same control circuitry issues argued in the Samsung case that we have access to....where Samsung settled. With that, lets not forget that HTC initiated the re-exam process around there interpertation of that phrase....and they were one of the companies that settled.

We'll have to wait and see what they do with what they now have.

It's the heart of the re-exam.
