Correct...guessing by them on timing would be a mistake re: 737...however I can...lol.

Here's something to chew on:

• 4/4 PR...today reported that it will request amendment of its patent US 5,491,774 in response to a rejection of certain claims from the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) which was recently received.
• 5/3 I visted and asked when we'd respond to 774...."We only have one shot. We will take all the time given to get it right."
• 5/30 PR... (USPTO) has accepted the Company’s request to amend certain claims of its patent US 5,491,774. “We are pleased with the USPTO’s decision to approve the modifications we made to certain claims of the ‘774,” said Fred Falk,....Note, it took the PTO 8 biz days to notify via NIRC, meaning they mailed it off approx 5/20.
• 6/5 PR...today reported that it plans to file a supplemental declaration with regard to its patent US 5,742,737 in response to a rejection of one of the claims

Note also: the 6/21 10-K states EDIG's intent to respond re: 737. This huge document took a long time to prepare...how long ago was this statement written?

My guess only on timing, is they will mail it off next week. I previously felt and posted 737 would be a wrap this month. I'll edit that comment to be mid-July now.
