That has always been the case here. The fact that she was not qualified to hear this case is one thing, the other is why DM chose this court in the first place to have it heard is another.
From the lay of things, almost all who have anything to do with cameras, television, phones, etc are involved with infringinment. To say that this can be larger than what this judge can handle is an understatement.
Sad to say these delays seem to work against edig. They will run out of money if this is to take years and the courts know that. This way no decision needs to be made since edig does not exist. Yes these compnaies have been given permission to continue with their theft of "Flash" and justice will not prevail.
