IMO, they are making what it takes to drive the legal end.....with that, IMO, close to their cost only.

They're not going to make anything significant unless they are sucessful.

They considered the re-exam issue long before it happened, with that, had to consider the cost somewhere.

I guess you have to consider, are they earning their worth to this point?

I say yes.

IMO, it's all on the table now....that includes understanding what the patent phrase represents.....the phrases they were after .....and now what the court collectively considers of it all.
Bring it on on ready one way or the other.
