e.Digital was sent information regarding assignment management with a cc to the defendant.

As of those two files.... one to e.Digital and one to requester having differing considerations.....the addressed attorney for e.Digital was incorrect, with that, I doubt that the request for re-examination has taken place yet.

Perhaps I should have been more clear regarding "assignment" and "request for reexamination" as there is a difference.
