The USPTO has not assigned the re-exam yet....and it looks like that is not going to initially happen until after the current Markman issues have passed.
doni, I've seen documents on the USPTO website that says the patent re-exam is assigned to Art Unit 3992 (dated 11/5/10) and the examiner is Henry N. Tran (dated 11/10/10).
