It would be nice to see royalty bearing agreements continue to grow as a source for ongoing revenues, especially with some of the larger companies.

Also, they are not saying they "expect" enforcement activity, but rather that it will PRECEDE the Markman hearing.

Sounds like round 3 might be on the way, or perhaps companies coming to EDIG that have yet to be served in an attempt to avoid legal wranglings.

OR, something completely off our current radar.
