Not knowing the law, court procedures etc, I have to ask:

Why would 2 judges allow any sort of "friction" or "conflict" that could harm or favor one side or the other?

This does not make sense to me?

I am not saying that the documents don't imply such, nor have I read them to see, so can you post an example?
