I'm only commenting on my preception.

I do agree with what you state......I may ruffle feathers, however, this is how I have to weed out an opinion on what I consider to be a matter of concern to me.

Apparently these types of issues do not bother others, or they're just afraid to venture commentary of what they feel. I'm not, I hope you can appreciate that.

I do not interpret their comments to be silly at all.....they're methodically entering them for the record. Each side is looking for the slip up....as displayed by Cohen in challenging Yungwirth on matters of the record.

The law may have some form of final perfection.....however, for the process in getting there, the real time players do not......it's, IMO, impossible.
