Advantage to investors....there in lies the end of story....positive or negative.

Thing is, the case is of 774 and 737.....where the focus of those patents are not on the memory issues the defendants are peddling in their claims construct.

Should be interesting to see how a judge sees it....I would say everyone has a good 8-9 months to think about it.
