IYO, are companies doing this simply to stall, or do they really feel 336 is not valid?

I don't understand they need to re-exam more than once???

EDIG keeps saying "patents are strong, no prior art, nobody has chosen to fight to date" so is it possible, even in the slightest way, that we never have to face this issue?
