Joe, I would have to do some research to give you and exact number of months since the first re-exam was requested, but I would say we have been at this process for 2years give or take. The only answer I can give you for your next question is an opinion. I beleive the patents will stand up to examination again and that the requests are a delay tactic. Finally, we may never have to face re-exam. I truly hope that we don't because the USPTO runs at the speed of molasses and can drag these things out for a long period of time. Hope this helps.
