I own both and have confidence in both. PTSC is suffering from the "repetitive examination" syndrome. Seems every company who doesn't want to pay looks for yet another re-exam at the USPTO. To date, the patents are holding although there have been some changes to some of the claims. Best analysis we have comes from a poster whose handle is "design guy". He says we are still solid but still we get one re-exam request after another. My opinion: patents are still/will be solid after all the re-exams get done. I have greatly reduced my holdings but only because I wanted to increase my holdings in PSTI and EDIG.

I am hopeful that we don't get caught up with the repetitive exams at the USPTO, but we may yet run into the company that want's to hold out to the bitter end. That's why I state that our timeline is at least 6 months to a year and maybe even longer. Yes, things are going great right now, but things were going great for PTSC too until the infringers got the USPTO involved.
