The first round of infringers was refered to as low hanging fruit(Tier 1).....Samsung was included in the first round.. Could be that the settlement amount is only 1.5-2 times the amount of other settlements from the first round.....Only 10mil+ settlement will raise some eyebrows and small increase in pps.

Another 19 in the pipeline and possible 160+ more to go....Would be great to have at least one Marksman hearing in the next 2-3 years...It depends on which company wants to put up the legal battle.. DM should be well prepared with all the work done with Samsung prior to the settlement just 4 months before hearing...

I for one will be very happy with the pipeline continuing to flow with multiple rounds of infringers..And each round resulting in increasing settlements per infringer.

With results due shortly and the ASM one week later, shareholders should have a better picture of future $$$$. Reading all the posts shows that people will be well prepared with questions at the meeting. Hopefully management will be more forthcoming with information.

Looking forward to the next 2 weeks and hearing shareholders reports from the ASM.
