"if all it means was getting his money back it ain't worth it."

This issue is just over 1 year old....DM negotiated the settlement amounts and I'd say they are happy campers. Where they go from here is anyone's guess....but the process is young.

The discussion at present are share holder sentiments....and DMs most, IMO, definite job security....IMO, they could go on for years like this and never make the real challenge.

Perhaps they have a magic collection number in mind before they get real serious...who knows...but as I see it, with a degree of sense, the process is young.
