Doni-- I'll try to put it in base ball terms. You can hit all the singles you want but unless you have someone in a scoring position they don't mean anything. I don't know what it cost D.M to be involved in this litigation but if all it means was getting his money back it ain't worth it.
He has to get some thing more than a single here. That all these 7 hits have shown so far. He scored very little. There was no home run at best all we got so far was a double, a guy in scoring position. Samsung is the guy we need to clean the bases. a walk also does not mean a score.
A 4 or 5 million dollar settlement will amount to just getting his money back, he saw more than that when he took EDIG as a client. Lets all hope that it is beyond that amount so that some fear might be leveled at the rest of the infringers.
