What is in the pipeline as far as litigation is concerned depend largely on how much D.M. see's it can make. If this settlement is samll and was not woth the trouble for D.N., the rest of the crap in the pipeline will remain just there. EDIG does not have the money do go it by themselves. D.M is the key , its their money being spent on the litigation. They need to play this right for it to have any effect on the other 170.
