I had a concern of diluting the tech before they had time to commercialize...by filing too many suites...At this point, as I read details, there are two companies having full rights, Casio and Olympus.

Perhaps that is the leverage in this whole deal.....forcing a suitor to the table with a good number.....before it dilutes.

As time ticks by they lose and so does e.Digital, where e.Digital may feel they could not fully advantage the situation anyway.
