I believe that several people have posted that DM is going to taken legal action if it is only certain that there is a "75%" chance of sucess in a positive outcome. Could it be that as the Samsung case unfolded and the other side presented their position, DM has rethought filing actions? I am having trouble understanding why with all the cases basically settled that they have not initated any further actions. Any thoughts pro or con out there?
