This share buy back topic enjects itself from time to time, and it keeps getting looked at two ways, a) don't spend the money buying back shares, as you need cash to operate and b) a share buy back sends a message to the market etc.

Not just you DB, but many have brought this up on both sides. So, which is it?

I will not sell my shares to EDIG for 12 cents.....nope.

I just don't see an OTCBB outfit buying back shares....
