It is easier to be on the same page when the revenue source is evident and dependable. When SAMSUNG was a suspected Markman candidate, per this board, I wasn't sure of the revenue stream. Now it appears DM plans to continue to build our warchest. With DM's 7 for 7 streak and more anticipated and profitability now in hand and achieveable on a year over year basis, it now makes sense to talk about "where do we go from here". Fred and Robert have had that conversation and manuevered as such to achieve it in the past, so we know they are amenable to that concept for the good of the company. With a growing warchest and the future of IP litigation now being more clear, maybe we can attract the type of talent that gains the respect of wallstreet and moves EDIG to the next level.
