BILL , I respectfully disagree with your response. I see it in different way . I believe
by reading between the lines all the legal jargon it appears SAMSUNG as a matter of
de facto accepting the 774 patent the audio data to flash memory and they are stuck in
it. What they are trying to get rid of is the second submit of new infringement contention by e.DIGITAL
that relate to video data to flash memory.TIME WILL TELL . I HOPE I AM RIGHT !
