However remember, this is SAMSUNG's perspective only. This is the case they are trying to make. If this case takes the course of the majority of IP cases, it will settle. They are attempting to reduce their exposure to minimize damages.
They remain on the defensive. IMO, a jury trial favors DM/EDIG.
