Thus if EDIG files against let's say, APPLE, SONY, etc. they will have another MARKMAN HEARINGS as to those patents which were not decided by the Court in the Samsung case...

But, if DM decides to follow up against others only using the the two patents that are RULED on by the Court, that Ruling shall be res judicata in all future law suits, unless some defendant was able to convince some Judge that application of the Samsung Ruling to their case will be a grave injustice? ( For example, there are issues in their case that were not raised as between Samsung and EDIG.)
