to some degree...yes....lol

It's not important at this point how data is tied together within the flash....even though e.Digital can tie it together nicely.

infringers can tie the data together contiguously ...and READ the file through without infringing...it's where they point it that is important for the moment...status quo RAM resource and shadow, or do what e.Digitals does with a cashing sequence....and not having to be specific to a module in doing it.

It's important to cover this issue, because it's what e.Digital depends on to get a 20+ hour of continuous play.
