Do they have the capability to engineer products at a price level that will compete with other low to moderate pricing products?
The eVU, or a modified version for a different purpose, isn't that complicated and would stand no chance at its current pricing in the consumer market.
Given what we know, the product would have to be manufactured in China or a similar low cost country to be competitive.
Probably the best solution would be to design the product using our technology and any cross licensing as needed and let the partner manufacturer and market the product.
Our income could be based on units manufactured or percent of sales/profit.
